Can I take head wrap off to wash hair?

Asked By:Karineg in Wisconsin, WI

It has been 4 days since I had my chin lipo and I so desperately want to wash my hair. I don't see my dr until day 6 but I am afraid I won't be able to wait till then especially since the wrap seems so tight I have a headache 24/7. Can I take it off to shower? Also I am seeing a lot of post op patients have chin wraps instead. Should I have one also?
