My dentist told me that my crown was leaking, so I got a new CEREC one. I now have pain when I release my chew on that side despite having it adjusted. I don't notice any particular cold/heat sensitivity and X-rays showed no infection. During the adjustment, the dentist smoothed the lingual side of the crown for me but seems to have made a mistake because they then did what seems like a filling or seal on the crown. Can my pain be fixed by further adjustments? Did my dentist compromise my crown?
