Recently I got implant done on molar tooth and crown also fixed. I find there is gap between crown and gum. Please let me know is it OK or I need to refix it without gap.

The tooth has been worked on twice, once for the filling and once for the crown prep. It is likely sensitive from the dental work. I would recommend you have the bite and fit of the temporary crown checked and make sure it has been cemented with plenty of temporary cement. I would wait...

My advice is to consult with a root canal specialist to evaluate the tooth. If infected many times the root canal can be redone to save the tooth.

Unfortunately, you cannot have that part recemented on the back. The material could have been faulty, or, more likely, the bite was too high, causing the crown to fracture. The tooth may need to be reprepped in order for there to be enough space for proper thickness. If the crown...
