I had a hair transplant a few years ago along my frontal hairline and temples it has been mostly ok for a few years but now my hair is getting incredibly thin and I feel the transplanted hair is falling out too. What can I do about it? Are there any medications or treatments that can help or is it a lost cause and the follicles are dead forever? Very worried and self conscious

Hello and thank you for your question. If the hair grafts were placed too close or the angling wasn't quite right, yes it could cause damage to the frontalis muscle. If you are experiencing this I suggest contacting the surgeon who performed your transplant for advice. Best of luck to you.
