I decided to get a rhinoplasty this summer, i'm 17 years old and I dont want my friends to know. What do i do? do i avoid them the whole summer? will they even notice it? Its a slight bump being removed and there is a photo of what my nose will most likely look like after the surgery. Also, after my nose job will i still feel like myself? I dont want to feel like a totally different person and im scared of feeling fake :( thanks in advance!
