I'm getting my columella tucked up in a few weeks, and when I went in for my consultation my plastic surgeon told me there is a chance it won't stay that way, but whatever happens it won't get worse. I was just wondering if this was true, because I've been reading up about the procedure online, and so far nobody has mentioned anything about it.
