My rhino was done with the let down technique. I thought that meant my bridge would stay smooth but I feel so many things in the boney part of my nose that scare me. There is a vertical slid in the bone, next to the septum, and I feel ridges and a hole in the radix, also next to my septum. I also feel a small ball, from not even a mm that I can move around under my skin and sometimes it feels like it pops but after a few minutes it apears again. Will those things heal by itself in time?
