Can Breast Augmentation, Tummy Tuck with Liposuction and a Brazilian Butt Lift be done at the same time?

Thank you for the question. I regularly advise to perform a tummy tuck and liposuction together because this way you will save on downtime and have just one recovery period for both procedures. It is possible to add BBL to this combination without putting your health at risk. However, it might complicate your recovery period since you'd have to find a way to rest without exerting pressure on your abdomen AND your backside.

Now I wouldn't recommend it, the longer you remain in an operating room, the more probability for complications, specially if other risk factors are at play, like excess weight, more than 40 years old, use of hormonal contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy, bad blood circulation in your legs, among others. My advise, and how I like to work, is to focus on body contouring in one trip, then do your breast surgery, whichever you want first. It doesn't mean that doing everything that you mention is wrong, just that there is enough evidence to support that doing all that surgery in one trip means a close dance with disaster.
