I had facial hair transplant surgery just under 30 days ago. My chin area now has hundreds of holes that have not healed. I did not have any "prominent pores" prior to surgery. It is disfiguring because the holes are stretched and obvious. The rest of my face does not have the large pores to match. I am not concerned about redness or acne, those things will heal in time. Will these holes close and tighten to match the remainder of my skin? If no, what are my options for repair?

After a hair transplant, you’ll need to wait for new hair regrowth. Optimal results will begin to appear within four months to one year. Hair which has been transplanted will become coarser, fuller and thicker. How fast hair growth happens may depend on the type of hair transplant that you had.

That's a large transplant. It will take a few weeks to heal. It appears that you may have also experienced some shock loss which is usually temporary. Be sure to follow up with your doctor.
