Off-center nose / crooked philtrum - how can it be fixed? Do I require a septo/rhinoplasty? (photos)

Assymetry is getting worse especially my philtrum as I age. Do I have a deviated septum and would the assumetry improve with a septoplasty only or I would require a rhinoplasty also?

The deviated septum can be corrected with a septoplasty. However, if your nose is inclined then you will need a rhinoplasty as well.

Empty nose syndrome is not caused from a septoplasty, spur removal or adenoidectomy. It is only caused by an excessive resection of turbinates, therefore, make sure your surgeon is doing conservative turbinate surgery.
