Rhinoplasty at Under $1000?

Your best bet would be at one of the major universities close to you. Often times Plastic surgery or ENT residents in training will operate on patients at no cost, or for minimal fees. Here is Los Angeles, at UCLA and at their dreaded cross town rival USC, those departments have residents perform rhinoplasty under the supervision of top "Beverly Hills" rhinoplasty specialists. U of Wisconsin may be the place for you. Be warned that going this route is like what Forrest Gump said, "life (substitute nose job) is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get".
I would advise you to not let cost be the determining factor on choosing your rhinoplasty surgeon. It is your nose, on the middle of your face, for the rest of your life.
If you have a small hump, it can be blended with filler like Radiesse, Restylane, or Juvederm.
Lastly, there are credit companies that will help you finance cosmetic surgery.

If a doctor is quoting you $1,000
for a rhinoplasty surgery, you should be very suspicious. The cost of a
rhinoplasty includes surgeon fees, anesthesiologist fees, and facility fees.
After all is calculated, it is nearly impossible to get a nose job in this
price range. Make sure that the surgeon you are consulting is fully board
certified and experienced, and be cautious when moving forward with such a
low-budget rhinoplasty. After all, the surgery has the potential to change your
entire look.

To repeat what has already been said, Rhinoplasty at less than $1000 is not possible with a Board Certified, licensed Facial Plastic Surgeon or Plastic Surgeon in the United States. In fact, it is probably not possible to have the procedure performed in Mexico for this price!
There have been cases in Florida where non-licensed foreign Physicians and indeed non Physicians have done "procedures" on patients, at their homes. Predictably, several of these situations made headlines due to disastrous results.
The best way to avoid being a statistic is to follow your intuition and stay away from circumstances which seem too good to be true.

Although Rhinoplasty is rarely covered by insurance companies for patients who have experienced trauma or nasal tumor excision with resulting saddle nose deformities, purely cosmetic rhinoplasty for $1000 doesn't even cover the costs of the operating room, staff, equipment, sutures, etc. let alone leave anything over for the time and skill involved. Save your money for a qualified Facial Plastic Surgeon. Only Facial Plastic Surgeons have an intricate knowledge of and experience with the entire nasal anatomy since they perform hundreds of procedures on the nose prior to ever learning how to perform a rhinoplasty.

If you try to get a cheap rhinoplasty then you risk having poor result that will require a more expensive and more risky revision surgery.  You should instead try saving your money over a few years to get a good surgeon. Your nose has been with you for a while and it can wait a little longer.
