I have extreme anxiety and am also in recovery for an eating disorder so the thought of further restricting my food is making me panic. My dentist said I need 2 crowns. Both on my upper jaw, one on my second premolar on my right side and the other on my second premolar on my left, I’ve been told by friends and family that have crowns they they can eat pretty much anything minus caramel, gum, and rocks but I’m still terrified. Can I eat essentially anything with my crown?
