wondering if my columella strut graft is not strong enough. after having a botched rhinoplasty ive seen a specialist in order to build my nose back up again. ive had medpor implants, alar base reduction for my ethnic nose, tip cartlidge refinement and columella strut. ive spoken to a doctor from iran who says my strut graft is not long enough and i have a underprojected tip. my current doctor says due to my lip lift my tip cant be turned up. would like opinions as i feel underprojected
