Will my nose still swell when flying after 10 months post rhinoplasty?

I will be flying next week on a 5 hour flight to California then a 5 hour flight back a week later. I had rhinoplasty almost 10 months ago, will my nose still swell with the airplane pressure this far out or is not unrealistic? (have thick skin so in some cases my nose swells more than some other people :)) thanks
