I will be flying next week on a 5 hour flight to California then a 5 hour flight back a week later. I had rhinoplasty almost 10 months ago, will my nose still swell with the airplane pressure this far out or is not unrealistic? (have thick skin so in some cases my nose swells more than some other people :)) thanks

Thanks for the question. You should be able to go on vacation by 3-4 weeks after your surgery. But this is valid only with assuming postoperative recovery is uneventful. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.
