I’ve got a nose job to change my whole nose( deviated septum and a hump) from 1 year & 8 months ago, I noticed after that 3 holes in my septum ( 2 small and 1 is meduim).I don't use any drugs, the holes appear after the rhinoplasty. My surgeon saw them but said they are nothing, now I am scared can those post surgery holes become larger or bigger with time?(I didn’t notice a real change in them)please I need a clear answer.(I am scared) And will using NaCl nose srays affects those holes negatively?
