I had breast implant revision surgery with strattice a week ago. The PS placed a drain for the left side. I was told that the fluid in the drain should turn yellowish clear in a few days. But mine is still dark red after a week, although the output of the drain has gone down to below 20cc per day for the past three days. Is this a cause for concern? Should the drain to removed soon?

Adding 20cc will hardly be visible. Most people can't see that they are obviously larger until 100cc is added. It usually takes 250-300 cc to add a cup size.
If it is simply a matter of asymmetry caused by an implant that has shifted then you have two options - 1. live with it as it is or see a plastic surgeon who can advise you on your options. If it is causing no problems other than asymmetry then there is certainly no emergency to do...
