Liposuction not likely to help sagging neck skin after a necklift.

Though it may not be what you wish to hear, if there is loose / saggy skin after a neck lift, it is unlikely that liposuction will improve it. A better result would come from a revision, possibly under only local anesthesia to tighten / lift this area a bit more. Address this with your plastic surgeon.
