After a chin lipolyse my skin is sagging. Can VelaShape tighten the skin under chin? Four month ago I had 3 time every 3 weeks lipolyse under my chin. Now my skin is sagging. Would Vela Shape help to tighten the skin? I don't want to lose more fat..

Have you considered Thermage? It might tighten the skin better than Velashape. You might need a treatment and an addtional one six to twelve months later. It would be worth a consultation with an expert in non-invasive tightening procedures.
