after a blue peel, what happens to your skin if you prematurely begin to peel flaking skin from your face and leave red, raw spots? will it heal?

Never Pick at Dead Skin
There is never a reason to pick at dead skin after any treatment! You may cause an area to scar that otherwise could have healed nicely. Always use a bland emollient or just plain petroleum jelly and keep a hands off approach.
