Determining perfect symmetry in rhinoplasty is challenging, and minor asymmetries are common. If you have specific concerns about your nose, it is advisable to consult with your doctor. Nostril adjustments can sometimes be made without major changes, but for other asymmetries, a discussion with your doctor or a skilled facial plastic surgeon is recommended.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you do appear to have asymmetry in the nostrils, particularly in the soft triangle areas. Sometimes this can improve as the swelling resolves but in your situation, it may not. I would recommend maintaining close follow up with your surgeon. If your surgeon is not able to help, then I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
