I had Blepharoplasty 4 days ago, and need to go back to work next week. I have read everywhere that I'm not supposed to wear any eye make up for 2 - 3 weeks. But if my skin looks sealed and healed by next week, is there any reason I can't wear make up sooner?

Seeing your surgeon before applying cosmetics is important, especially if you want to put it on so soon before the recommended wait time.
There are different procedures that would allow you to apply make-up but only your doctor can tell you for sure.
Until the incisions are completely healed, I would avoid make-up. Rubbing make-up can open incisions and also can cause an infection. Give it two weeks at least. If you are concerned about the bruising, then you can probably by cover up to blend the lowest part of the lower lid and cheek, but I would not put any makeup near your incisions.
