Stay away from any fillers that are promised to be permanent. They are dangerous.

Thomas T. Nguyen, MD answers: Silikon 1000 and Hydrogel filler for butt augmentation

I'm a 25 yr old mom of a son. I'm 5'5 120lbs and I wear a size 5 pants. I have a nice size rear but I wish for behind to be rounder and filler. I don't want to consider the butt implants. What is there for me to use?

Permanent fillers, like the ones you mention, can be very dangerous and can cause permanent disfigurement.  It is something that most plastic surgeons would not recommend or perform.  Fat injection or butt implants can be safe and effective when performed by a plastic surgeon with experience in these areas.  Do more research before you proceed, giving these other, safer options a chance.

Good Luck!

The only safe, approved ways of buttock augmentation are fat grafting and implants. I see that you will not be good candidate for fat grafting, but stay away from other injections.

As of today, they are not fully approved, and of course, silicone causes many complications.
