Upper eyelid fullness is often the sign of youth. Yes, fillers can be injected into the upper eyelid. Some people use hyaluronic acids. Some also use autologous fat.

Are there any fillers that can recreate upper eyelid fullness? I am in my early 40's, have lost volume in my face, especially around my eyes, making my upper eyelids look deflated and wrinkled. I have a naturally low brow and have always had very full upper lids.
Every plastic surgeon I’ve seen has recommended a brow lift. I’m afraid this will leave me looking like a different person with a deep upper eyelid crease and hollowness. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
