You need to find a physician in your area who has a q-switched laser for tattoo removal and is willing to perform those treatments. They should be done with a laser eye shield to prevent injury to the eye which is a shield placed over your cornea. We have the treatment here in Jacksonville, Fl at our office but you may want to find someone locally in your area who is willing to do the treatment since typically three or four treatments may be required to completely remove the eyeliner or one to two to lighten it.
