Dr. Rivkin is correct in stating that small humps may be corrected with non-surgical rhinoplasty but the majority of nasal humps are too large be corrected with injections.  If injections are used to treat medium or large humps the result will be an unnaturally large nose with a blunted nasofrontal angle (the junction of the forehead and nose).
