What Food to Eat After Vaser Liposuction?

There are NO restrictions on what kinds of foods you can or cannot ear after Liposelection / VASER liposuction. If you are worried about water retention, I would stay away from salty foods (which you should avoid anyway). If you want to avoid putting on weight, adopt a healthy diet low in carbohydrates and fats. Good Luck.

I do not require patients to be on any specific diet after surgery.  I do recommend eating healthy foods low in fat and salt.  Other than this I have no requirements.

There is no magic diet after liposuction regardless of technique, but there are some guidelines that apply after surgery of any type.
