On the basis of your photograph I would recommend minimal brow elevation medially. The tattoo would not have to be modified. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty revision would be beneficial.

A respected Plastic Surgeon recommended brow lift as an improvement before my son's wedding this June. But then, he realized that I had permanent eyebrows tattooed on and that raising the skin would place the tattoos too high. He felt the eyebrows would look better lower, should I have the tucks done. Also, my eyelids are droopy in spite of the Blepharoplasty I had. I want the brow lift done. Is it possible to lower the eyebrow tattoos?
