Who can inject Botox or Fillers in Texas?

Unfortunately, anyone! Let the buyer beware.

In my opinion, these injections constitute the practice of medicine. In reality, it is a cash business practiced by anyone who can get away with it: unlicensed people in hotel rooms; salon or spa employees; "supervised" employees answerable to an off-site doctor or "consultant." Of course, these doctors (of any specialty) are responsible for these actions, which will be indefensible.

I only myself and my Physician Assistant inject Botox, Dysport, or any filler. We both maintain stict, legitimate CME training. At our meetings, we attend courses and updates provided by world-class experts.
