No topical substitute for Botox.

Bryan K. Chen, MD answers: Best face cream after Botox?

Do you get a face cream with Botox? Is there an aftercare treatment that I should use to keep the wrinkles from returning?

Retinoids, alpha hydroxy acids, antioxidants and peptides can improve the appearance of the skin and reduce fine lines.  They ought to be considered in a daily skincare regimen, but cannot help with dynamic wrinkles which requires a reduction in muscle contraction.  Ultraviolet rays of the sun contribute greatly to premature aging and wrinkles so consistent use of sunscreen/sunblock is important.
