Do you get a face cream with Botox? Is there an aftercare treatment that I should use to keep the wrinkles from returning?

I do not believe that a facial cream following Botox has any effect on the Botox treated areas. In other words, these are two separate, independent and unrelated issues. Botox treats the underlying wrinkles through effects on muscles that cause the wrinkles. No cream will have any impact before or after Botox on augmenting the botox response.
