Dr. Howell is an artist! I’ve been getting lip fillers with Dr. Howell for several years now. I would never go anywhere else. People compliment my lips everywhere I go. They used to be super thin and now they are plump with gorgeous shape. As an incentive for posting a review, this reviewer received an entry into RealSelf’s monthly $500 gift card giveaway.

I went there for a breast lift and augmentation and he did an amazing job! I felt very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend Dr. Howell to anyone who wants to have anything done! The recovery was as expected and I am in love with my new boobs!!
I had a breast reduction May of 2023. Dr. Howell and staff were amazing. Dr. Howell made me feel extremely comfortable and talked me through the procedure and healing expectations. Dr. Howell showed me pictures and honest realistic expectations of what my breast scars would look like in several stages of healing. I am almost a year post op. I love my breasts.
A: Looking at your results I feel as if you got a nice result. While everyone has some minimal asymmetry you were so close that I do not know that doing any kind of revision would be beneficial.
I hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Dr. Tucker
A: It appears as if you still have laxity of the skin despite the liposuction and the mini tuck. Performing a full abdominoplasty with some liposuction of your hips that are full would probably correct most of the problems that you are having. I would seek out a plastic surgeon who is board certified and has a lot of experience in body contouring. Check with nurses and hairdresser's in your area who tend to know who the best surgeons are.
A: Usually after this period of time we are not going to have a whole lot of change in your result. In your photos it appears as if your right side is the good side and your left side is higher and tighter and I am guessing it is probably firmer feeling. This is more than likely secondary to a capsular contracture. This would require further surgery to do an open capsulectomy to take out the scar tissue around the implant and probably replace it with a new implant to decrease the chances of re-forming a capsule. On occasion people will again develop a capsule and then you just have to decide whether you want to live with the asymmetry or removing her implants and go back to your original self.
A: While its hard to tell definitively from a photograph it definitely appears as if you have a capsular contracture on the right side that is pushing this implant open out. This does happen on occasion and may need to have what is called an open capsulectomy and possibly exchanging to a new implant. This is a known sequelae of breast augmentation with either silicone or saline implants. I would discuss this further with your original surgeon as oftentimes they can do this for a discounted price however if you do not get satisfaction from talking to that surgeon you might want to seek out a second opinion.
Good luck with this,
Dr. Tucker
A: While physical exam would give better information as to how her skin moves in the photos it looks as if he would get a good result from abdominoplasty with muscle plication. This would flatten her lower abdomen more. If your skin above her umbilicus does not stretch all the way down to a lower tummy tuck incision you may need a vertical incision in the midline to close-year-old umbilical skin. This is a trade off but it is better to have the vertical incision and then raise the lower incision so that it would be above a typical panty line.
You might want to get a second opinion from another plastic surgeon to see what they think just to cover all your bases.
Good luck on your request,
Dr. Tucker
