A: Transferring fat to the breasts is a great alternative to implants as long as expectations are inline with what breast fat transfer can achieve. The enhanced volume outcome from fat transfer is more mild when comparing to breast implants. The breasts may feel slightly firmer just by the fact that there is more tissue per area compared to preop anatomy. The breasts will have a fuller appearance in all positions including laying down.
A: Fat is removed in the areas that you feel are too full. The procedure is performed in the office under local anesthesia with the option of oral sedation….which most patients elect to do. We use our PRECISION SCULPT®️ awake liposculpting technique. Contact us to schedule a consultation.
A: I do not think that taking ibuprofen would have any negative effects on Morpheus 8 treatment. You may possibly have a little more bruising but it resolves with time.
A: If it is truly fluid and contained in the subcutaneous space, a needle aspiration may be adequate to drain it. If that happens I would consider sending the fluid off for analysis.
A: Although your breasts have been lifted, I do see what you are saying about a continued droopy appearance. I think you could benefit from additional lifting and reshaping. This would require another anchor skin pattern approach. So essentially your current scars would be removed, the areolar diameter made smaller, and the whole breast envelope elevated and tightened. An implant would only add volume.
