Great arm lipo experience 8 months ago & happy with my results

Everyone in Dr. Khalifeh’s office is so kind and proficient. Dr. Khalifeh took his time with me discussing the procedure I wanted done. I asked him about other procedures and he didn’t feel it would make such a difference on my small frame- I respected that. He could have easily told me he could do it and I’d likely be disappointed with those results. I did have arm liposuction and are v...

Q: Is It Possible to Transfer Fat from Stomach to Buttocks?
Answered by Dr. KhalifehOctober 28, 2020

A: Hello I always recommend at least doing the lower back/love handle area as a minimum, after that , the abdomen is a very common region to also harvest fat from. In our practice, if you are in good health, and BMI less than 30, the price for this procedure is approximately 11,000 when done under general anesthesia. Good luck Dr. K

Q: Male BBL - differences between male and female patients?
Answered by Dr. KhalifehSeptember 21, 2018

A: There are important differences between male buttock and female buttock aesthetics. The most obvious one is that males don't want to look any wider on the anterior posterior view. They just want to have more rounded projection. Your individual preferences may differ, and you may want to discuss your surgery with a surgeon who is experienced in male buttock aesthetics.

Q: Is compression essential after chin liposuction?
Answered by Dr. KhalifehSeptember 21, 2018

A: Compression, especially right after surgery, is very helpful in minimizing bruising and swelling. You may want to ask your surgeon about this. Most of the time, prolonged compression of the chin and neck area is not practical, and therefore the amount of time that compression is worn is planned to be shorter than other parts of the body where it is easy to hide the compression. However, that does not mean that immediate compression is not useful.

Q: Dysport after lower and upper blepharoplasty
Answered by Dr. KhalifehSeptember 21, 2018

A: The muscle paralysis caused by Dysport is not likely to noticeably affect the tightening obtained during an eyelid lift surgery.

Q: Is it safe to have laser lipo if you have a lap band? Would the high heat damage my band or the port?
Answered by Dr. KhalifehSeptember 21, 2018

A: It is difficult to do laser liposuction in the abdomen if a lap band port is present. You would have to stay away from that area, and this would result in an uneven appearance.
