Fillers are used as a method for a non-surgical nose job. Theoretically, if I were to buy a dermapen, and use it to stimulate collagen to camouflage the dorsal hump, would I be able to achieve the same or similar results over time?
Laser adds collagen, Microneedling adds collagen. The part of my nose between my eyes and under columela is droopy but not so much that I need 1cm or even 5mm or 3.Just an augmentation of 1mm or 2mm could be perfect for me. So microneedling with a H.acid/ lifting product maybe would help. Under the columela for ex-sometimes needles cause fibrosis, can I needle that part with longer needles, or ask my doc to use just 1 needle to see if a little lift is possible with the formation of the fibrosis?
I recently had a non surgical nose job and juverderm filler was injected, however I am unhappy with the result, I would like to get it reversed but the lady dr who performed the procedure in the first place. Has never dissolved the nose area fillers with hyaluronidase. And isnt confident in doing so as shes saying it could dissolve the natural collagen. Is there any way to avoid this from Happening? And will I be able to have it reversed - its making my life hell.
I read (here at Realself) that fillers can cause an inflammatory response that creates scar tissue around the filler, and that that could give some permanent fullness to the area in question (specially with repeated injections). I also heard that , after repeated injections the body will require less and less colagen (H.A) and last longer and longer. I don't really want to pay for the rest of my life. Is it true that scar tissue builds up with multiple injections?
