I am also very excited about the outcome of my TT, not really nervous, but feeling a bit jittery, which is expected.  I am also having a Breast Reduction at same time, so I am sure I won't have to concentrate on the pain of just one thing, but very positive, knowing there will be pain, but I know it will be worth it. I had my children very early in life, my daughter being 30 next months, so this is a long time coming.   I was wondering I do boxing classes once a week at least, mostly upper body, but some skipping, but lots of arm work and twisting involved.  How long do you think I could go back to it after my TT realistically.  I will post some photos pre and post aswell.

1 day post op. I can barely move. My tailbone is in agony as I have been sleeping setting up. I am trying to focus forward to a time when I can stand up straight and be free from pain. I had one episode of vomiting after the anaesthesia and I thought I would die. I just got home from the hospital. My doctor insists that all his tummy tucks stay overnight.

Hi Jewel353, I did put a post up but don't know where it went, not so good at it I guess. Hope yours TT went well. I am now 4 weeks post op like you and all went really well. only had my drains in for 3 days, and stayed in hospital for 4 days. You were right, the breast were nothing, only just the healing with itching but that is all. Found I can now sleep on my side which is a relief, and most thing back to normal, not doing any exercise however, as I think that will be a couple of weeks. The hardest thing I found was the pain from the liposuction, not unbareable, but surprised at how sore it got, but found if I massaged two or three times a day, it really helped. Basically I now don't have any scars on my scars, and just a small sore spot on the weakest point in the belly were my body was rejecting the disolvable stitches, so just waiting for that to heal properly as only got infected this week, so expect that to be a couple fo weeks for that to improve. Would love to hear how it all went for you.

I am doing well. I went back to work at day 11 and that was ok. I was walking straight at day 9. I did have a little infection but the ps had given me a safety prescription just in case. My ps is 3.5 hour drive from where I live. Going there today. I am also heading to Ireland next week for a family wedding as well as going back to university for pre-med. I am finding that wearing tight jeans hurts the incision but at least I can fit into them. Lol. It's been quite a journey but well worth it. Still sleeping on my side and the lipo areas are slightly tender. Swelling around the incision but that is all part of it. Everyday is better. :)

Had a breast lift in 2007. It is very similar to the reduction, just less skin taken off. I found the recovery easy. I did not take any pain meds. The scars on my breasts are barely noticeable and I could get away without wearing a bra. My TT is July 26th. Good luck with your surgery.
