Has anyone traveled a long distance for a TT?

I plan on flying to AZ from NY and arriving three days before the surgery and flying out 12 days after surgery. I'm hoping to get feedback on the recovery process, any complications with flying or the recovery and if so did your PS have someone to refer you to locally for continuity of care. did you have to pay extra for this? Thanks in advance ladies :) BTW I'm not traveling because of any discounts or low fees i have researched docs performing this procedure and this doc in AZ has the best results and most experience with performing TT on women with very little skin laxity and fat but lots of stretch marks.

i will be flying from the UK to turkey in Sept

I flew from MA to CA on may 29th 2012 to have Full Tummy Tuck,Breast Augmentation and lipo I stayed for 2 1/2 weeks. I went because I have young children and wanted rest time. Everything went great but when I got home I started to get fluid in my lower bellie. I had to search and call 10 + PS and finally I found one that would see me. I have paid another 500.00 and will need to pay more if I hAve to go back in. I would make sure you have a PS that will see you when you get home incase there are complications.
