Which Surgeon is the Best in Australia Sydney?

So I was wondering. Are all surgeons the same? I mean experience wise. I look at the before and after pictures and most are done for people who have the over size nose. The caucasian. Is Dr Andrew Kim sydney surgeon the best in NSW? Or would it be best to go to Korea? As I heard there are a lot of asians go there to get their nose done.
