Is there a surgeon who can offer a similar nasal tip rhino in NYC / NJ?

I read about Beverly Hills Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon, Francis R. Palmer III's "closed rhinoplasty to reshape the nasal tip." I love Dr. Palmer's approach to "closed tip-plasty"... can any Surgeon in the NYC / NJ area do this?

There are a number of facial plastic surgeons in the New York area who still perform (and get very good results) from intranasal or "closed" nasal tip plasty. Almost all photos on my website under primary rhinoplasty were done closed.

Hey i am also looking for a rhino surgeon ny NYC but female..My nose shape is so crooked that any one can make it out. Now i have decided to have rhino done. I want the results, no matter if i will get pain.I have got three female surgeons in my list..Pls suggest me if you someone knows a good female surgein in NY...iF possible, i would like to see before and after pics.
