Removing the Gore-Tex implant in my nose

What plastic surgeons in Orange County can remove the gore-tex implant in my nose? I haven't had my implant for yet a year, but am looking to get it removed. I had an alarplasty done, too, and if I get the implant taken out, will my nose flatten out and go back to its original width?
