His office mgr is nasty;does not return calls until the next day,used the wrong code on an insurance claim, took her over 2 mos to give me a receipt,etc. I have spoken to her to no avail. I really want the dr to do more work, but I hate to have to deal with her. Another patient complained to the dr, he spoke to her, but then she soon fell back into her old ways. She told him this mgr is costing him business. I was thinking of sending the dr a note.Suggestions Please
