Has anyone undergone massage to break up the scar tissue. I have spoken to one woman with painful scarring who did do this as she was in constant pain. She said it hurt alot but she had to do it to try and break up the thick scar tissue. Kenalog has not worked for me and made the scar over 1/2 inch thicker and black and blue with some "dots" of residual Kenalog (which another plastic surge won pointed out to me). She mentioned trying this is I cannot have scar revision but did opine, as a nurse, that I should havew scar revision as did a surgical nurse I recently showed the sars to. They one under one breast makes it tight to lift the breast and the ones from inside my cleavage around my back make it difficult to wear a bra (or any clothing for that matter) and are painful when I sit int he car and lean back or sit on a chair and lean back against them. Any suggestions would be appreciated. - Especially from those who have undergone scar revsion. I NEED SOME HELP AND SUPPORT HERE. It has been alonely path with not much help from others who have had successful surgery. The few of us with problematic issues do not get really good answers about what to do in our situation and I don't understand why. It makes life upsetting to know that we are left in these predicaments for the rest of our lives while everyone just gurgles on about how happy they are. We wish we were happy too, you must know...
