none implant surgery

Hi, i had my implants removed september 2011 and my surgeon has said if i go back in march 2012 he could use fat out my tummy...thighs or bottom to rebuild my breasts?? by filling them with my own fat ( not as though i have much fat lol)   Just wondered if anyone has heard/had  of this/   san
