Thanks it has been a hard road but I'm sure I have finally kicked this and will not start again

Not that I want to scare you or anything but read what some of the RealSelf doctors have to say about Smoking and Surgery.  This may help you keep on track.

This was one of the hardest things I ever had to do so I understand how you are feeling.  

Chew lots of gum!!
