2 months after it definitely doesn't hurt anymore for me. Maybe like a week or two after I got te cast off it was very sensitive so I washed it very lightly. And Im not sure if I can blow yet I haven't asked him but I choose not too yet cus my nose does still feel swollen so I don't wanna risk anythug

Hi Kittybooo
Just wanted to see how you were doing since your surgery with Dr Dishell? Are you still happy with your results?

Hi! So far i like my results besides the fact that it still feels and looks (to me) very swollen. Overal the shape is very natural, but to me it stills feels swollen/puffy, and I can feel that my skin is still squishy and hasnt wrapped around my bone. The heat really hasnt been helping so i cannot wait till it gets cooler. I have a little cast that i wear under my glasses at home and everytime i take it off my nose looks way more defined and less swollen, so if you do decide to go with dishelle, or any other doctor, you really cannot judge your nose for at least a good 6 months. If you want before your surgery you can message me again and i will tell you if anything has changed. As long as you feel comfortable with the doctor you will be okay. its your face so dont be afraid to ask any questions and make sure you are very clear on what you want, if you dont feel comfortable, keep looking!

Hi! I had rhinoplasty + septa with Dr. Dishelle late June, and I most definitely would recommend him! He listens to what you want, I wanted a very natural nose and that is what I got. He really cares about his work and patients I have checkups so often, so far so good! good luck!

I had revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Dishelle ten years ago and he did an amazing job. I think he is semi retired now as he only works a few days a week.

Thanks! I hope someone who actually had their rhinoplasty with him could answer my question.

Hi there,

You can find his profile page here on RealSelf (though it's pretty sparse at the moment.)

There are plenty of LA doctors who do rhinoplasty here, too.

Hope this helps!
