Hello, I am 9 weeks post-op after a tummy tuck, and I'm starting to feel depressed because I'm not exercising yet, per my doctor's orders. Two days ago, I went swimming for the first time this summer. I couldn't do full breaststrokes, but doggie paddling and moving around felt amazing! The best ever. I'd give anything to go bike riding again. Recently, a brisk walk during my son's sports practice proved to be too strenuous. I got that prickly feeling in my belly, so I slowed down. So, what exercises did you start with? How many weeks post-op were you? Thank you!!
