Almost 5 weeks post op and I've only been cleared for cardio and light arm weights--biceps and triceps only, no dips or presses. Any suggestions? I am a yoga, pilates, weight lifting kind of person, so I don't know what to do to keep the weight off until I can really exercise (which will be awhile for me...I am healing slowly) and keep my metabolism up. I would like to tone a bit too, if I can during this limited exercise.
