Dealing with the "plastic" issue

I want to get a nose job, but that means I will never be completely "natural". I'll always be "fake", even if all I want to change is a small hump on my nose. Has anyone dealt with this issue before?

Thanks for posting on RealSelf!

None of us are completely "natural" anyway. We're all ingesting and breathing chemicals every day. There's just no way around it.

If you're not receiving an implant of any kind and just having something removed, it's not like part of your body will be made of "fake" parts.

That's just my not so humble opinion. You obviously have to decide for yourself how obsessive you want to be about staying natural. (Don't get me wrong, I love natural! But I love feeling good about my nose more.)
