I worry the left will stay larger than the right and that it is way to full under my arm pit. ( both actually are wider at the too it seems.). Uuat really nervous. Surgery was on Friday morning, so as everyone knows it's been a hectic couple of days.

I remain with one breast significantly larger than the other and wide scars with staple marks all over. My surgery was back in December. Has anyone had a revision ? Could you give me advice on how to go about it and/ or how/if to get other opinions before proceeding ? Thank you.

I hope that is what it is. I really feeling like there is more tissue in the left than the right. Ugh. They just seem really different from one another.

You might have retained fluid. The breasts are going to change a lot in the few months, especially in the first 4-6 weeks. Swelling and hardness will go down, you will lose the boxy look, and eventually they soften and drop. I remember being so glad when the hard spots disappeared.

Check with your PS, make sure it's not a seroma (fluid build up) I am dealing with that right now and I am 4 months post op.

It feels "squishy" and my right breast is a bit larger than left. I had drains for 1 week post-op and it drained very little. For some reason my body is just taking a long time to reabsorb the fluid.
