Another revision to straighten crooked nose?

I had my first rhinoplasty 14 years ago, but in time my tip drooped and gave me a too rounded look of the tip of my nose. Then I had my second rhinoplasty two years ago, but only a month later I realize my nose started to tilt to the right, and now is very crooked! what happened? what`s causing it? how can it be corrected?

It's possible the doctor removed too much cartilage on one side of your nose. I would contact your surgeon. At only a month post-op, he or she should be able to give you some guidance.
