Bump on the nose, is this normal or am I in trouble?

Please see my question with picture of me after one month. I am worry that the bump or slight drop is not swelling but the cartilage itself. Has anyone have this problem? Can I get some advice or experience regarding a bump/nose unevenness after rhinoplasty.  http://www.realself.com/question/bump-diced-cartilage-rhinoplasty Thanks!!!

It looks like you've gotten some good doctor answers to your question. Unfortunately, you won't be able to tell if the bump is swelling or not for a few months. I know it's hard to be patient, but that's what is called for right now.

Maybe a few RealSelf users who've been through something similar will chime in...
